B A C K G R O U N D : I am an experienced editor who has also spent many years filming and directing. I have worked in several different genres, including music, travel, cookery, documentary, crime, education, science and sports. I recently branched out into ‘Dramality’, having just completed a major series for E4. My credits have now appeared on BBC1, BBC2, BBC3, ITV1, Channel 4, More 4, E4, Sky Sports and UK Living, plus on various DVDs, Blu-Ray and online.

E D I T I N G : I bring a high level of musical timing, attention to detail and storytelling to my editing. I have edited Desperate Scousewives, Most Haunted, a series on Hugh Laurie recording his Blues album for Warner Bros. I have also edited many music TV commercials, live performances, music videos, webisodes, sizzles for major label artists, Sky Sports News, a programme on N-Dubz for BBC2 and an official George Michael tour documentary.

D I R E C T I N G  &  F I L M I N G : Producing the ‘finished product’ as an editor has proved invaluable in making me a good director and cameraman. My main specialty areas are music and travel, having filmed Long Way Down, Hairy Bikers Cookbook and directed, filmed and edited 3 series of 'Unlit' house party-gig tours across the USA and Europe. The 2nd series attracted the attention of Orange who then funded a 3rd online series as part as their nationwide promotional campaign. I have a good understanding of multicam shoots, and know how to rig everything from a music venue to a motorbike with cameras ranging from EX3s to GoPros and minicams. I have directed several music videos for UK based and International musicians and have travelled to Sudan and Uganda to make films for the Pharmaceutical company Pfizer about neglected diseases in third world countries. I have also worked on many corporate videos, campaigns, virals and promos for clients such as Diesel, Playstation, Relentless, 3-Mobile, Orange, WaterAid, RSPCA, NHS, Barnardos, and large music festivals such as High Voltage Festival, Camden Crawl, Bestival and Glastonbury.

In 2011 I was shortlisted from a large number of international applicants and was given funding to make a film called ‘The Pit: A Film About Crowdsurfing’. It was nominated for the Relentless Short Stories Award.
